ALPHA COURSE - We will be running the Alpha Course at CFBC this fall. Our first meeting will be on Tuesday Oct. 6th at 6pm. There’s a sign-up sheet in the sanctuary.

ALPHA CHILDCARE VOLUNTEERS - We need volunteers to child-mind during our Alpha course every Tuesday evening from 6-8pm. If you are interested there will be a sign-up sheet in the sanctuary. Must have up-to-date Plan to Protect® certification.

AGM - Reminder that out AGM is scheduled for October 25th following a potluck after the service.

SUNDAY SCHOOL- Sunday School for pre-schoolers ages 3-6 and middle school ages 7-11 has resumed in the upstairs classrooms. 

BLESSING PLACE - Blessing place (staffed nursery) is now open for anyone wanting to drop off their babies under 3 years old with our trained volunteers. Make sure to fill out a registration form if it’s their first time and sign in with the volunteers on staff.

SUNDAY SCHOOL VOLUNTEERS NEEDED - If you are interested in volunteering in a Sunday School class please see Kristy Giesbrecht for more info. Volunteers will need to have up-to-date Plan to Protect® certification.

YOUTH GROUP - We are excited to announce our plans to engage with our youth at CFBC. We will be running a youth program on Friday evenings at Matt & Emilie Dorie’s house starting on Oct. 9th at 5pm-7pm. We will have a meal followed by a study on apologetics and then ending with fun fellowship.

CFBC’s CARING TEAM BENEVOLENCE INITIATIVE for the month of September is to provide SCHOOL SUPPLIES for both Van Bien Elementary and Nusdeh Yoh Elementary schools.  Please consider either purchasing school supplies and bringing them to CFBC (Attn: Becky G.), or donating funds to the CFBC Benevolence Fund.  Both schools have expressed their sincerest gratitude to us in past years.

GIVING - You may donate via cash, cheque, credit or debit card at the church; or donate online;  or give by e-Transfer to donations@centralfellowship.ca. If sending an e-Transfer for the first time, please send a followup email with your name and address, so we can send you a receipt at year end.
