SUNDAY -  Pastor Jason is teaching about the church at Philadelphia as we continue our series on Revelation. Sunday School starts next week but activity packs are available this week at the back of the sanctuary. Our online service is available at Church Online. 

OUR FALL KICK-OFF is next week, Sunday, September 11. We encourage you to invite your friends and neighbours for food, fun and games as we start our new ministry year. With your permission, we would like to take family pictures and post them on the bulletin board.

BLESSING PLACE - needs your help to have this program in place for the fall. This is a supervised place for parents to leave their children ages 0-3 during the service. This is an opportunity to work with the church’s youngest members and also is a blessing for the parents, as they will be able to enjoy the service. Sign up with Karen Rogers. 

ETH ESLER passed away on August 29. Her memorial service is on September 7, 11:00 a.m. at the church. Remember the family in your prayers as they mourn the loss of both parents.

MIRIAM LAWRENCE is at home recovering from knee replacement surgery. Please pray for continued healing and return of mobility.

THE EADIES latest newsletter says Although we’re still fighting jetlag, we’ve jumped back into life here in Sentani, Papua. This past summer we were able to spend ten weeks in “Beautiful British Columbia”. After almost three years without a visit to Canada, it was awesome to be back and see family and friends.
