SUNDAY - We had a great time last week during our Fall Kick-Off.  We look forward to more people joining us this Sunday as Scott Charles shares from the Word. Wendy Graham will continue to take family pictures so we can post them on the bulletin board in the foyer.  Join us live at Church Online.

LEADERSHIP TEAM met last night and continued to evaluate the discipleship plan for the next few years and also discussed presenting the congregation with an opportunity to take a baptismal class.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING will be held on Sunday, October 16, so please mark your calendars. More details to follow in the coming weeks.

SMALL GROUPS - Sign up to join a specific small group on Sunday, September 25. Many people have signed up to participate but we need individuals (or teams) to serve as facilitators. Weekly sermon notes and questions are provided, or you can select other resources.  Contact Miriam Lawrence or Ester Wiens if you would consider serving in this way.

MONICA MURPHY - keep her in your prayers as she needs to be off her feet for another six weeks. She would welcome visits, phone calls and meals. She also needs a foster home for her dog for the next couple of months. Call Monica or the church if you can help.

JD DESBIENS writes: We have officially concluded our first summer in camp ministry.  As I was preparing for this transition back in April, I was confident that I was going to love serving in my new role at NLBC. With a whole season now under my belt, I can honestly say that I LOVE camp ministry. Download the Desbiens Newsletter to hear more about their first summer at Ness Lake Bible Camp.
