THIS SUNDAY -  Our focus will be on Revelation 2:18-29. What does faithfulness look like when obedience to Jesus threatens the way we earn, belong and survive? Do we allow Jesus to be Lord over our work, our bodies, our relationships and so much more? Come join us in person at 10:00 am or online at:Church Online

CFBC VISION STATEMENT: Our vision statement is: “Gather. Grow. Go.” We exist to: Gather as the church. Grow as disciples. Go on mission. You can download a copy here.

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD - It’s that time of year again! We will be collecting shoeboxes until November 15th. There will be a table set up in the foyer within the coming weeks with boxes to pack for either a boy or a girl.

SUNDAY SCHOOL- Sunday School for pre-schoolers ages 3-6 and middle school ages 7-11 has resumed in the upstairs classrooms.

BLESSING PLACE - Blessing place (staffed nursery) is now open for anyone wanting to drop off their babies under 3 years old with our trained volunteers. Make sure to fill out a registration form if it’s their first time and sign in with the volunteers on staff.

SUNDAY SCHOOL VOLUNTEERS NEEDED - If you are interested in volunteering in a Sunday School class please see Kristy Giesbrecht for more info. Volunteers will need to have up-to-date Plan to Protect® certification.

YOUTH GROUP - We are excited to announce our plans to engage with our youth at CFBC. We will be running a youth program (grades 7-12) on Friday evenings at Matt & Emilie Dorie’s house starting on Oct. 9th at 5pm-7pm. We will have a meal together as we grow in our faith and friendships. The first unit will focus on apologetics, exploring questions about Christianity and developing a reasoned explanation for why we believe what we believe.

YOUTH SUNDAYS - We are also resuming our Sunday Youth class meeting in the youth room (off the sanctuary) for a weekly lesson for the month of November. Class will run every second month. It is open for grades 7-12.
