THIS SUNDAY -  Charles Scott will be sharing a message entitled: “When God Prunes”. What does it mean when God prunes things in our life? What is the purpose? Does it always have to be a painful experience, or is there joy to be found? You can come find out as you join us in person at 10:00am or at Church Online. 

MEMORIAL SERVICE for Dean Olsen will be held on Saturday, October 4 at 1:30pm here at CFBC. Please come and support the family through this difficult time.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - Our annual AGM will be held on October 19 immediately following the service. Please watch out for more information in the coming weeks.

LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP - We will be hosting a leadership workshop put on by Fellowship Pacific on October 25 here at CFBC. We would like to encourage all our ministry coordinators to attend, as well as anyone else interested in serving here at CFBC. Please mark your calendar!

CHRISTMAS SHOEBOXES - We realize it’s early in the year but we’re looking to get a headstart on Christmas shoeboxes. If you’re interested please pick one up in the foyer!

SMALL GROUPS - We would like to encourage you to join a small group this fall. We are always in need of leaders and hosts and we believe firmly that the most effective way to build community and to grow spiritually is through connecting in a small group. Please speak to a LT member!

CFBC NEWSLETTER - If you know of someone who is new to the church, encourage them to sign up for our newsletter. It can help them stay up to date with the church events and updates. Sign up by  emailing the office.

MEMBERSHIP  - If you are interested in or have questions about membership, please speak with someone from the Leadership Team. Briefly, membership fulfils our obligation as a non-profit, but more importantly it speaks to our commitment to one another and allows each member to hold one another accountable to biblical principles.
